One official app, one official source. Here is exactly what runs where — including a straight answer if you are on Android or PC.
iPhone and iPad
SwapX runs on iOS 15.0 or later and on iPadOS. The download is free and includes free credits so you can produce a result before deciding whether to pay for more.
Purchases are handled by Apple and tied to your Apple ID. On a new device, open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases — there is no account to sign into, so nothing else is needed.
Android: the honest answer
There is no official SwapX app for Android and no official APK. We would rather say that plainly than let you install something unsafe with our name on it.
Search results for "SwapX Pro APK", "SwapX Pro Mod APK", and "SwapX Pro download for Android" lead to APK mirror sites. Those files are not ours. A repackaged Android build can be modified before it reaches you, and because it is not signed by us there is no way for you or for Android to verify what is inside. In practice that means:
- Any money you spend inside it goes to whoever repackaged it — we cannot restore or refund it.
- Photos you upload go to servers we do not operate, under no deletion policy we can promise.
- Modified builds are a well-documented delivery route for adware and credential theft.
If Android support matters to you, email contact@swapxapp.com and say so. Demand is how we prioritise.
Windows and PC
There is no Windows build of SwapX. Pages offering "SwapX Pro for PC" or "SwapX 電腦版" are not affiliated with us.
The usual workaround suggested for iOS-only apps is an Android emulator such as BlueStacks or LDPlayer — but that route needs an Android version to install, and there isn't one. An emulator cannot run an iOS app.
Web version
A browser-based version of SwapX is in development, which will make it usable on Android phones, Windows PCs, and anything else with a modern browser — no install required. It is not released yet, and we will announce it here first rather than through any third-party download site.
Verifying you have the real app
Two checks settle it. First, the app should have arrived from the Apple App Store — not from a link, a QR code, or a download portal. Second, the only official website is swapxapp.com. We never ask you to create an account, never ask for a password, and never take card details directly; payment always goes through Apple.

Is the download free?
Yes. The app is free and includes free credits. Coin packs and subscriptions are optional purchases made inside the app.
Why is SwapX not on Google Play?
We have not published an Android build. Any Google Play listing using our name and artwork is not ours — please report it to us at contact@swapxapp.com.
Which iOS version do I need?
iOS 15.0 or later. The app is around 118 MB, so use Wi-Fi if your connection is metered.
Can I use SwapX without an internet connection?
No. Swaps are rendered on our servers, so an active connection is required. This is also why an unofficial offline "cracked" build cannot work as advertised.
