The honest answer to this search is that there is nothing to download any more. SwapX opens in a browser and runs on every device the app never reached. Here is exactly what works where.

Why there is no app any more
SwapX used to ship as an iPhone and iPad app. The Android listing came off Google Play, and the iOS app has since been withdrawn from the App Store as well. There is no official build of SwapX on any store today.
The face swap itself was never the app. Every swap was rendered on our servers — the app just collected two pictures and showed you the result. Those servers never stopped. All that changed is how you reach them, and a web page reaches them from anything with a browser. The full story is here.
Android
Android is the device most people searching for SwapX are holding, and it is now fully supported — just not by an app. Open the face swap in Chrome and you are swapping in about a minute, with nothing installed and no account created.
There is still no official APK, and there never will be. Search results for "SwapX Pro APK", "SwapX Pro Mod APK" and "SwapX Pro download for Android" lead to mirror sites, and those files are not ours. A repackaged build can be modified before it reaches you, and because it is not signed by us neither you nor Android can verify what is inside. In practice:
- Money spent inside it goes to whoever repackaged it. We cannot restore or refund it.
- Photos you upload go to servers we do not operate, under no deletion policy we can promise.
- Modified builds are a well-documented delivery route for adware and credential theft.

iPhone and iPad
The app is gone from the App Store, but iPhone and iPad are not left out: the browser version runs in Safari and Chrome on both, with photo and video swapping.
If you bought credits inside the old app, that payment went to Apple rather than to us, and Apple handles those refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. There is more detail on the status page.
Windows and PC
There is no Windows installer and there does not need to be — the browser version runs on any PC. Pages offering a "SwapX Pro for PC" download are not affiliated with us.
The usual workaround suggested for phone-only apps is an Android emulator such as BlueStacks or LDPlayer. That route needs an Android build to install, and there isn't one — but it also solves nothing now, because the browser does the job directly.
Knowing you are in the right place
One check settles it: the only official website is swapxapp.com. We never ask you to create an account, never ask for a password, and nothing we run needs to be installed. Anything that asks you to download a file with our name on it is somebody else's.

What do I actually download?

Why is SwapX not on Google Play or the App Store?
The Android listing came down first and the iOS app has since been withdrawn. The details are here. Any store listing using our name and artwork today is not ours.
Does it work on an old phone?
If the browser is reasonably current, yes. The heavy work happens on our servers, not on your device, so phone age matters far less than it would for an app.
Can I use SwapX without an internet connection?
No. Swaps are rendered on our servers, so a connection is required. This is also why an offline "cracked" build cannot work as advertised.
What does it cost?
Opening it is free. Swaps use prepaid credits — one per photo, more for a video depending on length. No subscription, nothing renews.
